It’s World Mental Health Day, on 10th October. Unlike the other days like mother’s day, valentine’s day, or friendship day, the 10th of October has a long way to go before we can claim to be celebrating World Mental Health!

The purpose it serves is spreading awareness and de-stigmatizing Mental Health problems. It also aims at mobilising access to mental health services. Here are some facts you may like to read. Quiz yourself to make it more fun:
