How long does a therapy or session last?
A session with an ImPerfect therapist lasts for 45 minutes which you can book at your convenience.
Therapy duration on the other hand varies based on factors such as therapeutic approach, the nature and intensity of the issue, its duration, and your commitment to change. Typically, significant progress is observed within 3 months or around 12 sessions (weekly). The duration may be extended if deeper exploration is needed. Our goal is to keep therapy time-bound, empowering you to independently practice new skills. Ending sessions is a mutual decision, with follow-ups available to reinforce progress and discuss maintenance.
