I blend the essence of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. This therapy focuses on challenging our irrational beliefs that often lead to emotional distress and transforming them to rational beliefs.

A sprinkle of art therapy helps express emotions more coherently with colors and creativity than words alone!

Together, these approaches help create a space where you can better manage your thoughts, make sense of your emotions, and feel more in control of your life. 

Every person’s journey is unique, and so is their healing process. My role isn’t to lead or direct, but to walk alongside you, helping you navigate your way toward a calmer, more balanced self. I believe in empowering clients to trust their own choices, find their voice, and build a life that feels meaningful to them.
