Session Guidelines
24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy: Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.
Please Note:
To adhere to the Codes of Ethics of my profession we follow the below-mentioned protocol at all times:
- You will receive a response only during work hours (10 am to 8pm)
- We work on a prior appointment basis only, and are not available on an emergency basis. If you are in distress, please reach out to helpline numbers –
(MPower 24/7 helpline- 1800120820050; Vandrevala Foundation 24/7- +919999666555) - Communication outside the session will be restricted to appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and fee payment. We are restricted from responding to any other personal discussion outside the session since that would be unethical.
- You may be referred to another professional if required, in the interest of your own well-being.
- The centre is under CCTV surveillance at all times.
- This is a purely professional service- any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination and be met with legal action.
